Archer is seeking a Senior Marketing Partnerships Manager to lead the strategy and execution of marketing partnerships that drive growth, brand awareness, and qualified pipeline. This remote role collaborates with marketing, partnerships, and sales teams to design partner programs, negotiate terms, and measure performance.
Role overview
As a Senior Marketing Partnerships Manager at Archer, you will own the end-to-end partnership life cycle, from identifying potential partners to executing joint go-to-market campaigns and analyzing results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strategic marketing partnerships and co-marketing programs with external partners
- Negotiate terms, targets, and joint GTM plans; manage partner agreements
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to create demand-generation programs
- Track program performance, KPIs, and ROI; report insights to leadership
- Identify new partner opportunities and manage a partner ecosystem
- Maintain partner communications, enablement materials, and program governance
Qualifications
- 5+ years in marketing partnerships, alliances, or related roles
- Proven experience in B2B partnerships and co-marketing campaigns
- Strong negotiation, project management, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
