- Perform WCCA and margin analysis on inverter control and sensor boards (MCUs, PMICs, sensors)
- Conduct circuit simulations using SPICE and MATLAB to validate designs across tolerances and temperatures
- Lead DFMEA for control and sensor boards with Safety and Reliability teams
- Support analytical validation of power management architectures, sensor interfaces, and MCU control circuits
- Collaborate with hardware, controls, firmware, safety, and reliability teams to meet aerospace requirements
- Generate analysis reports and documentation to support DO-254/DO-160 compliance
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years in circuit analysis and simulation for mixed-signal control
- Expertise in WCCA, DFMEA, and margin analysis on MCU boards
- Proficiency with SPICE tools (PSpice/LTSpice/HSPICE) and MATLAB/Simulink
- Knowledge of MCU control circuits, analog sensors (resolvers, PMICs), and derating
- DO-254/DO-160 or similar aerospace safety standards
