Role Overview

Archer is seeking a Manager, Flight Training to lead the design and delivery of flight training programs for our pilots and staff. This role is responsible for curriculum development, training operations, and ensuring compliance with aviation standards while collaborating cross-functionally to scale Archer's flight operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee flight training programs and curricula for new hires and existing crew
• Collaborate with operations, safety, and product teams to align training with operational needs
• Manage training schedules, assessments, and quality assurance processes
• Lead and mentor a team of training professionals
• Monitor regulatory requirements and ensure training materials meet industry standards

Requirements

• Experience in flight training program management or aviation training leadership
• Strong curriculum development and instructional design skills
• Proven ability to scale training operations in a growing organization
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management abilities
• Knowledge of aviation safety standards and regulatory compliance
