Archer is a fast-growing company focused on global talent mobility and compliance. We are seeking a strategic leader to shape and own our global mobility program.
Role overview
As the Head of Global Mobility, you will lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of Archer's worldwide mobility strategy, immigration program, relocation operations, and related policy. You will partner with HR, Payroll, Tax, Legal, and external vendors to ensure a scalable, compliant, and cost-effective mobility program that supports our global workforce.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Archer's global mobility strategy across regions.
- Lead immigration and visa processes for international assignees.
- Oversee relocation logistics, vendor management, and program governance.
- Collaborate with Tax and Payroll on compensation, tax compliance, and reporting.
- Design and enforce mobility policies, processes, and data governance.
- Partner with HR operations on onboarding/offboarding and employee experience.
- Provide strategic insights through analytics and KPI reporting.
Qualifications
- 15+ years in mobility, HR operations, or related functions (alternative: 10+ with leadership experience).
- Demonstrated experience leading a global mobility program.
- Strong knowledge of immigration law, tax implications, and compensation for international assignments.
- Vendor management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., SOM/CIPM) preferred.
