Create wiring diagrams and harness drawings using Mentor Graphics Capital, Logic and HarnessXC
Modify harnesses to add wiring for test lab needs (relays, data logging)
Implement communication protocols ARINC, CAN, Ethernet, Serial
Follow industry standards: AC 43.13-1B, AS50881, ASTM F2639
Collaborate with avionics/power/EE teams on wiring, grounding and EMI
Lead technical design reviews of Electrical Wiring systems

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Aerospace Engineering
2–5 years of aircraft wiring design experience
Wiring CAD experience: Mentor Graphics Capital, HarnessXC, Logic
Hands-on experience fabricating, installing and inspecting harnesses

Base pay $172,800–$216,000; varies by experience
