Define, develop, and execute dimensional management for vehicle design and assembly.
Create tolerance stack models in 3DCS and validate against process capabilities.
Develop gaging and indexing strategies with manufacturing to improve dimensional quality.
Review and propose GD&T implementation for manufacturability and measurability.
Analyze and develop control plans to meet dimensional metrics and contain variation.
Lead dimensional build activities during tooling trials at launch.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in dimensional engineering in product development; DFM, DFA, and design for dimensional control principles.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (or related).
Expert in GD&T; ASME Certified preferred.
Experience in Dimensional Variation Analysis (3D and 2D stack up).
Experience with measurement systems, metrology equipment (Faro Arms, Light Scanners).
Proficiency with NX or other CAD software.
