- Program and operate CMMs using CALYPSO/PC-DMIS/Metrologic to create routines
- Lead aircraft inspection plan and program CMMs, laser trackers, and tools
- Interpret drawings and translate into CMM programs and inspection plans
- Inspect parts and assemblies to ensure tolerances and specs
- Record and maintain inspection data for statistical analysis
- Maintain CMMs and ensure calibration
🎯 Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 3+ years metrology experience with CALYPSO/Polyworks/PC-DMIS/Metrologic and CMMs
- Proficiency reading engineering drawings and GD&T
- Experience creating and approving first article inspections
- Identify inspection errors and initiate corrective action
- Experience with MES systems and electronic inspection plans

- Base pay range: $75,000 - $103,000 per year
