About Archer
Archer is seeking a CAD Specialist, Airframe to support the design and development of airframe components. In this role you will create and modify CAD models and drawings, collaborate with aerospace engineers, ensure manufacturability, and maintain design documentation. This on-site role is based in San Jose, CA and requires attention to detail, knowledge of aerospace CAD tools, and a proactive approach to problem solving.
Responsibilities
- Create and modify CAD models and drawings for airframe components
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure design intent and manufacturability
- Maintain design documentation and ensure compliance with aerospace standards
- Support design reviews and issue resolution throughout product development
Qualifications
- Proficiency with aerospace CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA)
- Experience in airframe or aerospace component design
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
