Archer is seeking an Aircraft Technician Manager to lead our maintenance operations in Huntington Beach, California. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with operations management to ensure airworthiness, safety, and reliability of our aircraft fleet.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of aircraft technicians
Plan, schedule, and supervise maintenance tasks in full compliance with FAA regulations and Archer standards
Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs and troubleshoot complex aircraft systems
Ensure safety, quality assurance, and environmental policies are followed
Coordinate with flight operations, engineering, and vendors to optimize aircraft availability
Manage parts inventory, tooling, and documentation
Investigate incidents and perform root-cause analysis
Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement in maintenance operations

Qualifications

Proven experience in aviation maintenance management or supervision
A&P technician certification or equivalent
Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and airworthiness standards
Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage budgets and inventory in a fast-paced environment
U.S. work authorization
