- Pursuing a degree in Aerospace, Systems, Mechanical, or Electrical Eng
- Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable interfacing with multiple teams
- Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for docs and tracking
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, detail-oriented
- Ability to synthesize technical information into clear status, risks, actions
- Self-motivated, proactive, eager to learn in a dynamic environment
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Coursework or project exposure to systems engineering, testing, aircraft, or program management preferred
