Helping farmers in India and Mozambique adapt to the effects of climate change on their farms with novel data-driven crop insurance

Giving produce growers in California the tools to optimize production and minimize waste

Helping irrigated farms in Nebraska manage water more efficiently and sustainably to protect our water supply

Location Requirement:

Must be located within commuting distance of one of the following areas: Charleston or Columbia, SC; Fayetteville, NC (Coastal Plains region); Charlotte or Raleigh-Durham, NC.

As a full-time Grower Engagement Manager at Arable, you will play a critical, customer-facing role within our Customer Success team—focusing on grower engagement, irrigation management, and sustainability outcomes. You will support growers across the Carolinas with a primary focus on the Coastal Plains, working directly with them to ensure the successful adoption and integration of Arable’s technology into their operations. This role requires a hands-on, field-oriented professional who understands the agricultural cycle, is comfortable advising on irrigation and crop production, and thrives on building strong, long-term grower relationships.
