- Lead and develop AR team within shared services.
- Oversee end-to-end AR process: invoicing, collections, cash application, disputes.
- Develop and refine AR policies to boost efficiency.
- Monitor AR metrics; analyze trends; report AR performance and aging to senior management.
- Collaborate with sales, customer success, finance, and legal to resolve billing issues and improve CX.
- Identify automation opportunities and drive IT-enabled enhancements in AR.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, or related field.
- 5+ years AR experience; at least 2 in leadership; shared services preferred.
- Strong AR principles, accounting standards, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP) and AR automation tools.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data analysis).
- Experience with SaaS business models and recurring revenue is a plus.
