- 2-4 years in technical support, telephony, and VOIP.
- CTI or voice recording product knowledge.
- VOIP protocols SIP and H.323.
- Experience with CUCM, UCCE, Avaya Aura, and voice gateways.
- PBX/ACD experience and Windows OS knowledge.
- Willing to work 24/7 shifts including weekends.
