  • Lead incident, problem, and change management.

  • 2-4 years in technical support, telephony, and VOIP.
  • CTI or voice recording product knowledge.
  • VOIP protocols SIP and H.323.
  • Experience with CUCM, UCCE, Avaya Aura, and voice gateways.
  • PBX/ACD experience and Windows OS knowledge.
  • Willing to work 24/7 shifts including weekends.
