We are seeking an experienced professional to lead Presales, Bid Management, Professional Services, and Implementation activities for our product solutions. This role bridges customer engagement during the sales cycle with seamless delivery post-sales, ensuring customer success and value realization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Presales & Bid Management : Partner with Sales teams to understand client requirements and design tailored product demonstrations, solution proposals, and RFP/RFI responses.
  • Own end-to-end bid management including pricing, quoting, solutioning, and submission of high-quality proposals.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to build winning value propositions.
  • Professional Services & Implementation: Lead project scoping, planning, and delivery of product implementations for enterprise customers.
  • Define implementation strategies, timelines, and success metrics aligned with customer needs.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding, integration, and adoption of solutions.
  • Manage customer escalations and ensure delivery excellence.
  • Stakeholder Management :Act as a trusted advisor to customers during presales and post-sales engagements.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Drive continuous improvement in presales and delivery processes.
  • Requirements:

  • 8–12 years of experience in Presales, Bid Management, Professional Services, or Implementations in a Product or SaaS company.
  • Strong understanding of proposal management, pricing, and solution design.
  • Proven experience in enterprise software implementations and customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Good to Have:

  • Experience working with global customers across multiple geographies.
  • Knowledge of SaaS, AI/ML, or enterprise finance/ERP domain solutions.
  • PMP, Prince2, or similar certification in project management.
