The Application Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing the operational stability of applications and their supporting infrastructure. This role involves ensuring uptime, implementing environment changes, handling customer interactions, and delivering high-quality transition and project work. The ideal candidate should be flexible to work in shifts, including weekends when required, and willing to travel based on business needs.

• Assess, plan, and implement changes in customer or internal environments.
• Deliver transition or project work of good quality within defined timelines.
• Ensure application uptime and SLA compliance.
• Handle customer calls and oversee delivery of operational solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth application operations.
• Work in shifts, including weekends, as required by business operations.
• Travel to customer sites when needed.

• Strong understanding of TCP/IP protocol suites, DNS, and HTTPS.
• Basic knowledge of PKI / SSL Certificates.
• Good knowledge of Linux and Windows Server operating systems.
• Foundational understanding of traditional L2/L3 networking and SD-WAN.
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes administration and management.
• Scripting skills in Shell or Python are an added advantage.
• Linux/UNIX certifications are good to have.
