  • Admin for marketing software tools (MAP like Pardot, Salesforce, CMS, analytics, sales tools).
  • Maintain and optimize marketing systems; manage users, permissions, security, configurations.
  • Manage data flow and integrations across marketing systems; troubleshoot integration errors.
  • Document configurations, processes, workflows, and best practices.
  • Create and deliver training for marketing tools to boost adoption and effectiveness.
  • Evaluate and implement new marketing technologies; ensure smooth integration and rollout.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years with MAPs (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong Salesforce CRM knowledge for marketing/integration.
  • Experience with marketing/sales system integrations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting.
  • Strong communication and training abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
