Senior Solutions Engineer - Pacific Northwest
Location: Remote, North America. This is a remote, customer‑facing technical role within AppOmni's Solutions Engineering team.
Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to understand security requirements and map AppOmni's platform to their cloud environment
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations and assist with technical discovery calls
- Build and present proofs of concept, reference architectures, and scalable deployment plans
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure successful customer outcomes
- Provide feedback to product and engineering teams on feature requests and improvements
- Develop and maintain technical content including demos, collateral, and knowledge base
- Represent AppOmni at customer meetings, conferences, and events as needed
Qualifications
- 5+ years in pre‑sales engineering, solutions engineering, or security‑focused engineering in SaaS or cloud
- Expertise across major cloud platforms AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
- Strong knowledge of identity and access management, SSO, MFA, OAuth, and SAML
- Experience with API integrations, REST, and cloud security products
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to translate technical concepts to business value
- Willingness to travel as needed to customer sites or events
