Role overview

As a Senior Solutions Engineer for the East region, you will partner with the sales team to understand customer requirements, articulate technical value, design security architectures, and deliver engaging product demonstrations. You will guide customers through technical evaluations and help drive successful deployments of the AppOmni platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery calls and answer security focused questions.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and architecture reviews for prospective customers.
• Respond to RFPs and proposals with accurate technical content.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to close deals and ensure successful adoption.
• Articulate security controls, data protection, access management, and threat mitigation within AppOmni's platform.
• Provide post demo support during proof of value engagements and deployments.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate market needs back to Product.

Requirements

• 5+ years in technical pre sales, Solutions Engineering, or security engineering supporting SaaS cloud security products.
• Strong knowledge of cloud security, SaaS security, IAM, CASB, data loss prevention, threat modeling, and security operations.
• Hands on experience with security architectures and integrations (APIs, SSO/SAML, SCIM).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and cross functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to travel as required within the East region and work with cross functional teams.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Nice-to-have

• Experience with AppOmni platform or similar cloud security solutions.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CCSK, or cloud provider certificates.
