AppOmni is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Operations to lead the design and execution of scalable sales processes that drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency across the organization. This remote role collaborates with Sales, Finance, Enablement, and Product to optimize forecasting, territory planning, pipeline management, CRM data quality, and process automation.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of scalable sales operating processes.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Enablement to align forecasting, quota setting, territory design, and pipeline management.
Ensure CRM data integrity, reporting, and dashboards to support data-driven decisions.
Drive cross-functional projects and initiatives to improve sales velocity and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related field.
Strong experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
Proven project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
