As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer at Appgrowth, you'll be instrumental in building and scaling our Demand Side Platform (DSP) runtime infrastructure. You'll work on both the performance-critical backend systems and modern frontend interfaces that power our advertising technology platform.
What you'll be doing:
- Design and implement business process automations for campaign optimization, bid management, and reporting workflows
- Maintain and enhance existing Python-based UI with occasional feature development as business needs evolve
- Build data pipelines and ETL processes to automate analytics and business intelligence tasks
- Develop automated monitoring and alerting systems for campaign performance and system health
- Create workflow orchestration for complex multi-step business processes (bidding strategies, budget allocation, performance optimization)
- Integrate third-party services and APIs for business process automation
What we expect from you:
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience with strong frontend capabilities
- Analytics and reporting: Experience building automated reporting systems and dashboards
- UI maintenance capabilities: Comfortable maintaining and making incremental improvements to existing frontend applications (React, Vue, or similar)
- Integration experience: Working with REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks, and third-party service integrations
- Business process automation experience: Background in building systems that automate complex business workflows
- Data pipeline expertise: Experience with data processing frameworks (Apache Beam, Airflow, Dagster, or similar)
- Scripting and automation: Strong Python skills for building automated solutions and integrations
- Communication: Strong English skills for cross-team collaboration
- Hybrid type of work, required relocation to Barcelona.
