Role Overview
The Marketing CRM QA Lead will own quality assurance for marketing CRM programs, lead QA strategy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, data-driven marketing campaigns from San José on-site. This is a leadership role focused on building robust QA processes and ensuring data integrity across CRM systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead QA efforts for Marketing CRM projects, including requirement analysis, test planning, test case development, and result reporting
- Develop and maintain QA strategies, test plans, and test automation where appropriate to ensure campaign data integrity and system reliability
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to define quality metrics and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Mentor and manage QA engineers, provide feedback, and promote a culture of quality across the team
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards in marketing systems
- Participate in release planning, risk assessment, and defect triage
Requirements
- 5+ years of QA experience, preferably with CRM/Marketing Automation platforms
- Strong understanding of marketing workflows, CRM data models, and data quality testing
- Experience leading QA teams or projects
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Familiarity with test planning, test case design, and defect tracking
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders
