Join Appnovation Technologies as a Senior Marketing CRM QA Lead in Toronto. This full-time, on-site role focuses on ensuring the quality of CRM-driven marketing initiatives and data integrity across campaigns, customer data, and integrations. You will collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to design and execute QA strategies for CRM platforms while upholding GDPR data privacy standards.

What you’ll do

Lead the Quality Assurance process for marketing CRM initiatives, campaigns, and data flows.
Define test plans, test cases, and automation strategies to ensure release readiness.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate requirements into effective test coverage.
Monitor data quality and GDPR/compliance requirements across CRM systems.
Mentor and lead QA team members, manage priorities, and drive continuous improvement.

What you bring

Proven experience in QA within marketing CRM or marketing automation contexts.
Strong understanding of CRM platforms, data modeling, and data quality metrics.
Experience with test automation and test planning; familiarity with automation tools is a plus.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams.
