Marketing CRM QA Lead

Overview

Appnovation Technologies is seeking a Marketing CRM QA Lead to join our team in Mexico City. This full-time role focuses on leading quality assurance for CRM marketing platforms, ensuring data integrity, campaign testing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality CRM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the QA strategy for marketing CRM initiatives, including test planning, test case design, and test execution.
• Develop and maintain test plans, scripts, and data validation for CRM campaigns and marketing automation workflows.
• Mentor and manage QA analysts, coordinating with product, engineering, and marketing stakeholders.
• Conduct manual and automated testing for CRM integrations, APIs, and data flows; perform regression testing.
• Track defects, perform root-cause analysis, and ensure timely release readiness.
• Collaborate with data teams to verify data accuracy and reliable reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of QA experience focused on CRM systems or marketing automation platforms.
• Strong experience with test planning, writing test cases, and defect management.
• Experience with API testing, SQL/data validation, and data migration testing.
• Leadership or prior QA lead/management experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
