We are looking for experienced Full Stack Developers who are skilled in Front/backend development, particularly using Node.js and Java. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining the backend for our customer mobile app and other related digital platforms.Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business analysts to understand their requirements, goals, and processes.
• Conduct a detailed analysis of business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and propose IT solutions.
• Translate business requirements into clear and concise technical solutions.
• Implement the backend of the Customer Digital Platform based on approved technical designs and assist in the development of frontend web and mobile apps.
• Collaborate with tech leads, developers, business analysts, testers, and other IT teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
• Provide support and guidance to business stakeholders on IT-related matters

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Knowledge of coding languages (e.g., Java, Node.js, DataWeave, Python) and frameworks/systems (e.g., MuleSoft).
• Experience in Node.js and Java backend development is a must.
• Experience in MuleSoft, Spring, Python, as well as web and mobile app development is an advantage.
• Experience in AI-related projects is a plus.
• Experience with Azure is a plus.
• Experience in handling technical solutions for large-scale systems is an advantage.
• Proficient in requirements gathering and documentation techniques.
• Solid technical background to understand each tech track challenge and help facilitate and resolve issues.
• Strong self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Ability to work and coordinate with the Group Office tech team and other local IT teams (e.g., architects, BAs, etc.).
• Experience working in the insurance industry is preferable.
