Job Description
Appnovation Technologies is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to join our Hong Kong team. The successful candidate will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth for our digital services in the APAC region.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities in Hong Kong and the APAC region.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, outreach, and relationship-building.
- Develop and execute account-based strategies for mid-market and enterprise clients.
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with technology vendors, systems integrators, and channel partners.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful project onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets and provide accurate forecasting.
- Represent Appnovation at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Requirements
- Proven track record in business development or sales within the technology, software, or digital services sector (SaaS, digital transformation).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Familiarity with the Hong Kong market and regional business practices.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA a plus).
- Fluency in English; additional Cantonese/Mandarin skills are a plus.
