Appnovation Technologies is seeking an Associate, Business Analyst / Project Manager (Cantonese Speaking) to join our team in Hong Kong. This on-site role blends business analysis with project management responsibilities to deliver client-focused digital initiatives.

About the role

In this on-site position located in Hong Kong, you will work closely with clients, product teams, and delivery leads to gather requirements, draft clear specifications, manage project plans, and ensure timely delivery. Fluency in Cantonese is required to effectively communicate with local stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.
Assist in project planning, timelines, and resource coordination.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of digital initiatives.
Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders in Cantonese and English.
Assist with change management and user adoption activities as needed.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager with relevant domain knowledge.
Fluency in Cantonese; strong written and spoken communication in English.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Bachelor's degree in a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., PMI) are a plus.
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
