📋 Description

  • Own end-to-end strategy and revenue growth for AppLovin’s ecommerce in Japan.
  • Define local go-to-market strategy, market entry, and growth priorities.
  • Build and expand strategic ecommerce partnerships with CMOs, founders, and execs.
  • Serve as a trusted executive advisor to top advertisers, guiding growth and performance.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in performance marketing, digital advertising, or BD with revenue growth.
  • Experience owning regional revenue and building early or scaling businesses.
  • Deep understanding of KPIs, attribution, incrementality, and lifecycle measurement.
  • Experience with DTC brands, platforms, or agencies, ideally in Japan.
  • Strong executive presence to influence C-level stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills to translate data into strategic direction and outcomes.
