🎯 Requirements

Master's or PhD in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or ML.
Strong ML theory and practical experience; Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
Experience with model optimization and inference performance tuning.
Excellent teamwork and communication; able to contribute in a team.
Strong learning mindset and proactive problem solving.
Ads tech experience or related field; C++ development; publications in ad/recommender venues preferred.
