Generate and curate multimodal datasets (image-text, audio-text, video-text).
Develop tools to facilitate data generation, training, evaluation and deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on use cases using agents and RAG pipelines.
Manage research projects and client communications.

🎯 Requirements

Fluent in English with strong communication.
Expert with PyTorch or JAX.
Able to work independently on large codebases.
Experience with VLMs, diffusion for image/video, or robotics.
Write clean, high-performance Python code.
Self-motivated; ships without micromanagement.
PhD/Master preferred; publications and open-source contributions.
