Partner with data scientists, engineers, PMs to frame problems within business context
Write production-quality code and deploy ML/optimization models
Build and deploy models, tooling beyond off-the-shelf libraries
Analyze data and create proofs-of-concept for ML/OR solutions
Evaluate ML systems against business goals; implement in live systems
Establish metrics to monitor health and impact on outcomes

🎯 Requirements

M.S. or Ph.D. in ML, OR, Statistics, CS, or quantitative field
2+ years of algorithms experience in tech
Proficiency with Python in production coding environment
Passion for solving unstructured math problems and building impactful ML models
Strong ML/Optimization model development and evaluation
Strong verbal and written communication and collaboration
