📋 Description

• Partner with data scientists, engineers, and PMs to frame problems mathematically.
• Write production-quality code; build and deploy ML/Optimization models.
• Perform data analysis and build proofs-of-concept for ML/Optimization.
• Evaluate ML systems against business goals; deploy in live systems.
• Establish metrics and methodologies to monitor product health and impact.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across teams.

🎯 Requirements

• M.S. or Ph.D. in ML, OR, Statistics, CS or other quantitative field.
• 2+ years of algorithms experience in a tech company.
• Proficiency with Python and production coding environment.
• Passion for solving unstructured mathematical problems and building impactful ML models.
• Strong ML methodologies knowledge; proven experience with optimization or ML models.
• Strong verbal and written communication and collaboration skills.
