📋 Description

• Evaluate model performance and troubleshoot issues with business impact.
• Manage massive textual data sets and data pipelines.
• Build advanced LLM features: reasoning, multilingual and multimodal agents.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design to deploy models in production.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Linguistics, Computational Linguistics, CS, ML, or related fields.
• 2+ years NLP industry experience for Master's; 1+ years for PhD.
• Experience with machine learning, Python, PyTorch, and related tools.
• Broad understanding of current LLM architectures and tuning techniques.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; Git experience.
