🎯 Requirements

Master's or PhD in Linguistics, Computational Linguistics, CS, ML, or related fields.
2+ years NLP industry experience for Master's or 1+ years for PhD.
Experience with ML, Python, PyTorch, and related tools.
Broad understanding of current LLM architectures and tuning techniques.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
