Applied Data Scientist

📋 Description

• Build ML models for classification, extraction, trend detection, and scoring.
• Design experiments and benchmarks to measure accuracy and bias.
• Apply NLP techniques — embeddings, NER, text classification — to pipelines.
• Partner with engineering to move models to production; monitor drift.
• Build evaluation frameworks for AI-generated outputs across product use cases.

🎯 Requirements

• BS/MS in Statistics, CS, Applied Mathematics, or quantitative field.
• 3–5 years of applied data science; 2+ years NLP/large-scale text in production.
• Strong Python (pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow); proficient in SQL.
• Proven track record shipping models into production.
• Experience with embeddings and semantic similarity at enterprise scale.
• No visa sponsorship. Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
