🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 0–5 years of industry or research experience in applied ML or AI.
• Strong Python programming skills; comfortable with AI-assisted development tools.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs — prompts, post-training, or end-to-end LLM apps.
• Familiarity with multi-agent system design — task decomposition, tool use via MCP, memory management, parallel agents.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to operate under ambiguity in fast-moving environments.
