🎯 Requirements

Education: BS or MS in CS, Math, or related field.
Experience: 3+ years building cryptographic systems in production.
Systems skills: Go or Rust; correctness, constant-time, safe concurrency.
Crypto depth: ZK proofs (SNARKs, STARKs, Bulletproofs) & privacy.
Communication: Clear writer/speaker; collaborate with teams and auditors.
Learning mindset: Absorb new tech quickly; choose the right tool.
