Applied AI Researcher (OCR)

📋 Description

• Build and improve AI services using LLMs and ML models for production.
• Design, develop, and operate ML/LLM systems end-to-end, from prototyping to deployment.
• Write high-quality Python code that is testable and maintainable.
• Improve validation, observability, and performance monitoring for ML services.
• Partner cross-functionally with product managers, platform engineers, and stakeholders to ship AI features.
• Design controlled experiments and analyze results to derive insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, Engineering, Math, Statistics, or equivalent.
• 3+ years in ML Engineering, Data Science, or similar.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Hands-on experience with CV and/or LLM-based systems.
• Experience deploying and operating ML services in production.
• Experience with MLOps tooling and practices (monitoring, CI/CD).
