- Experience with startups or high-growth firms
- Ability to context-switch across industries (healthcare, fintech, etc.)
- Shipped products and can speak from experience; builder credibility
- Strong technical communication; translate AI concepts into architecture decisions
- Experience facilitating technical workshops, hackathons, or events
- Passion for safe and beneficial AI technology
