🎯 Requirements

2+ years GenAI in enterprise production.
5+ years front-to-back engineering on AI/ML platforms (Python or Java).
Production-grade GenAI/LLM platforms with RAG and agentic workflows.
LLMOps: evaluation harnesses, prompts/version mgmt, testing, and observability.
Hands-on data ingestion pipelines with measurable quality.
Advanced retrieval with multi-vector search (ColBERT) and multi-stage pipelines.
