🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English
\n
• PhD or Master's in AI, ML, CS, or related field

• 2+ years AI/ML experience
\n
• Proven track record leading AI projects from prototyping to production
\n
• Deep expertise in fine-tuning LLMs, RAG, agentic systems, NLP at scale
\n
• Proficient in Python, PyTorch, LangChain, HuggingFace; cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) + MLOps a plus
\n
• Strong API design, backend/full-stack development, system architecture
\n
• Excellent technical communication with execs
\n
• Mentor for talent in fast-paced teams
