Applied AI Engineer

📋 Description

• Partner with product owners and finance experts to identify AI use cases in AR.
• Design and build predictive models, generative features, and multi-agent systems.
• Develop LLM-based copilots and autonomous agents with human-in-the-loop flows.
• Work with software engineers and data scientists to embed AI features into the product.
• Build and maintain secure, scalable MLOps pipelines for training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Continuously evaluate model performance and user impact.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years AI/ML engineering experience.
• 3+ years with LLM-based solutions.
• 1+ year building agentic systems (production-ready).
• Strong multi-agent architectures, memory, tool-use, and safety guardrails.
• Experience building autonomous agents with governance and human-in-the-loop flows.
• Python and ML frameworks; REST APIs; cloud deployment; Git.
