🎯 Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in mainframe tech
- Strong mainframe skills: z/OS, JCL, COBOL
- IBM MQ knowledge (queue management and troubleshooting)
- Knowledge of CICS and DB2 in production
- Experience with banking workflows: payments, loans, accounts
- Familiarity with SWIFT, NEFT/RTGS or card processing
- Experience with incident/problem management tools (ServiceNow)
- Ability to work under pressure in production environments
