📋 Description

  • Provide L2/L3 production support for core banking apps
  • Monitor high-volume payments, settlements, and clearing
  • Handle batch processing and resolve failures (EOD/BOD)
  • Troubleshoot online (CICS) and batch environments
  • Manage IBM MQ queues for payments and transactions
  • On-call rotation for production incidents

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in mainframe tech
  • Strong mainframe skills: z/OS, JCL, COBOL
  • IBM MQ knowledge (queue management and troubleshooting)
  • Knowledge of CICS and DB2 in production
  • Experience with banking workflows: payments, loans, accounts
  • Familiarity with SWIFT, NEFT/RTGS or card processing
  • Experience with incident/problem management tools (ServiceNow)
  • Ability to work under pressure in production environments
