Provide technical support for Sales, Business Users, Institutional and Retail customers.
Support applications, APIs, and network connectivity.
Incident management: end-to-end ownership of production issues.
Release management: participate in audits and BCP exercises.
Monitor and automate alerts; maintain knowledge base and SOPs.
Identify process improvements and automate manual tasks.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years in production support in banking/financial services.
Unix debugging, SQL, Bash/Python scripting; FIX protocol and APIs experience.
Linux/Java systems with cloud and DevOps exposure.
Monitoring tools: Grafana, Prometheus, Control-M, Geneos, Dynatrace.
Incident handling and English communication; ITIL certification preferred.
Trading systems (OMS/EMS) experience in equities/derivatives/fx/crypto.
