- Monitoring: Grafana, Prometheus, Control-M, ITRS Geneos, Dynatrace.
- ITIL certification preferred.
- Experience supporting Trading Systems (OMS/EMS) with equities, derivatives, FX or crypto.
- Open to shift work and weekend support.
