  • Diploma or Degree in IT, CS, Software Engineering, or related.
  • Min. 2โ€“4 years of experience in Application/Technical/Production Support.
  • Experience supporting web-based or enterprise applications.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with SQL queries and database investigation.
  • Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, or similar ticketing tools.
