- ITIL preferred; strong incident handling.
- Excellent written and verbal English; clear stakeholder communication.
- Experience supporting Trading Systems (OMS/EMS) with crypto.
- Work under pressure; manage multiple priorities.
- Self-starter; quickly pick up new concepts and tech.
- Open to shift work and weekend support.
