Provide technical support to Sales, business users and clients (apps, APIs, network)
Own end-to-end production incident management and resolution
Manage releases, ITIL processes, SLAs and audits
Monitor and automate alerts to maintain uptime across systems
Maintain knowledge base and standard operating procedures
Identify process improvements and automate tasks
Open to shift and weekend support

🎯 Requirements

2+ years in production support in Banking/Financial Services
UNIX, SQL, Bash/Python scripting
FIX protocol and APIs experience required
Linux/Java based systems with Cloud and DevOps exposure
Monitoring/visualization tools: Grafana, Prometheus, Control-M, ITRS Geneos, Dynatrace
ITIL knowledge; certification preferred; strong incident handling
Excellent English communication; able to interface with stakeholders
Trading systems (OMS/EMS) experience with equities/derivatives/FX/crypto
