- Salary: $50,000-$70,000; remote CST hours; bonus.
- Document fixes and contribute to internal knowledge base.
π― Requirements
- 2-4+ years in application or technical support.
- Hands-on Twilio Flex or similar contact center support.
- Strong troubleshooting across apps, integrations, and user-access issues.
- Experience with ticketing systems and documenting incidents and resolutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred: Salesforce CRM integrations and Twilio components (TaskRouter, Studio).
