  • Investigate and resolve Twilio Flex incidents (TaskRouter, Studio, routing, integrations).
  • Follow incident management and escalation procedures; participate in testing.
  • Salary: $50,000-$70,000; remote CST hours; bonus.
  • Document fixes and contribute to internal knowledge base.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2-4+ years in application or technical support.
  • Hands-on Twilio Flex or similar contact center support.
  • Strong troubleshooting across apps, integrations, and user-access issues.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and documenting incidents and resolutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Preferred: Salesforce CRM integrations and Twilio components (TaskRouter, Studio).
