📋 Description

  • Tier 2 support and configuration for Salesforce, FenX, and Atlassian Suite.
  • Handle admin tasks, user provisioning, and permission management.
  • Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis with vendors or dev teams.
  • Partner with Operations to maintain the Core System and monitor performance.
  • Create SOPs and KB articles; identify automation opportunities.
  • Guide junior team members and train end users to improve adoption.

🎯 Requirements

  • Technical: Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud and Atlassian Jira JSM Assets.
  • Proactivity with a can-do attitude to improve system performance.
  • Organization: manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
  • Empathy: patient and supportive approach to troubleshooting.
  • Communication: fluent English, written and spoken.
  • Collaborative spirit; multidisciplinary teamwork; Salesforce ADM-201 or Atlassian cert is nice.
