  • Own a pipeline of homeowner applications and move each one through processing
  • Collect supplemental information from homeowners through our task/to-do service
  • Place orders with third-party vendors for the documentation and reports underwriting needs
  • Communicate with vendors to track orders, follow up on items, and resolve issues
  • Review all documentation for completeness and accuracy against guidelines
  • Assemble the full application package and perform an initial readiness review for underwriting
  • Keep Sales informed as the homeowner's single point of contact
  • Coordinate with Signing and Funding to close and fund investments

🎯 Requirements

  • 1-3 years in an applicable role
  • Track record of accuracy, completeness, and efficiency
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships with stakeholders; escalate issues as needed
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Strong computer and CRM skills; Salesforce experience preferred
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree
