- Own a pipeline of homeowner applications and move each one through processing
- Collect supplemental information from homeowners through our task/to-do service
- Place orders with third-party vendors for the documentation and reports underwriting needs
- Communicate with vendors to track orders, follow up on items, and resolve issues
- Review all documentation for completeness and accuracy against guidelines
- Assemble the full application package and perform an initial readiness review for underwriting
- Keep Sales informed as the homeowner's single point of contact
- Coordinate with Signing and Funding to close and fund investments
π― Requirements
- 1-3 years in an applicable role
- Track record of accuracy, completeness, and efficiency
- Collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships with stakeholders; escalate issues as needed
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Strong computer and CRM skills; Salesforce experience preferred
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
